Printing

Tables of data print too wide for the paper

Solution: In the Print setup on your browser, choose landscape.
Another solution is to make the writing smaller. This will make the tables less wide both on the print and the screen.

Saving to Disk

How do I save web pages on my computer?
When I save web pages, there are no pictures

In a web document, the pictures are different files to the text. So to save everything you see, you must first save the text, and then save the pictures one-by-one. To load it all again later from disk, just open the text file in the usual way.
Solution:
E.g. Netscape / (Microsoft Internet Explorer):
To save the text: choose: File - Save As / (File - Save As File)
To include the images: click the images you want with right mouse button and choose Save Image As / (Save Picture As)
(NB: If the right mouse button is the one you ordinarily use for clicking, then it will be your left mouse button that you should use for clicking the images.)

Viewing

Tables of data are too wide for the screen

One-off solution: Use the horizontal scrollbar.
General solution: change the text size as explained in the following:

The text is too big or too small
The text is in the wrong style

If this text is too small to read or too large to be use, or in the wrong style, you can change it to exactly what you would like it to be.
Solution: Just use the font Options available on your browser.
E.g. IE: View - Text Size

Arial Narrow is suggested where tables are too wide for your screen.

What effect does my Monitor have?

If your monitor has not been set up to its full capabilities, you will be able to improve the display quality; you may have to change the text size setting as a result.
E.g.: Settings - Control Panel - Display - Settings - Desktop Area
