Description

The CS304* series are optically coupled isolators consisting of an infrared emitting diode and a monolithic silicon detector performing the function of a zero crossing bilateral triac packaged in a hermetically sealed 6-pin ceramic package. This device offers the performance of an MOC304* type device plus full military operating temperature guaranteed. Surface Mount Option Available.

Applications

Military, high reliability systems, switching supply feedback element, medical instrumentation, system test equipment, signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedance, replacement of MOC304* type couplers.
